diabetes-diet-plans14th November 2014 is World Diabetes Day, raising awareness of the condition internationally. Recently there has been a lot of news stories about diabetes and especially type 1 diabetes. Specifically how there may have been a significant break through in the treatment of it and possibly even a ‘cure’ for the condition. However type 2 Diabetes still remains a real problem globally, and at potentially epidemic proportions in the UK. This is a real frustration of Dr Chris’ as there is so much you can do to prevent type 2 diabetes for yourself, with some really quick, easy lifestyle choices, such as following a diabetes diet.
